Acceptance of terms & conditions
Our terms and conditions may be updated from time to time without notice to you.
Ordering greeting cards
You can order our cards via our online-order-form or via a normal email. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email as
soon as possible and before we do so you should not assume that we have accepted it.
Overprinted Christmas Cards
We can include your personal text and logo in most cards. Please send us your required text and typeface within a PDF-file
via email. We will send you an email with the layout which will need to be confirmed by you.
Prices and payment
The price of our cards and any delivery costs will be calculated in Euros. The total cost will be shown at the bottom of your
order form. If you are ordering from outside Germany, payment will be required in advance (via paypal). If you require
information on this, please let us know.
Delivery
Your order will be sent out to the address stated on the order form within three days of receipt of payment. You should allow
at least two to four working days for delivery within Germany and seven to ten working days for delivery within the European
Union. If you ordered personalized cards, please allow 14 more days for delivery.
Property
The cards shall remain our property and ownership of the cards shall not pass to you until their full price has been paid to
us.
